DIY Dashboard and Coil clips for Erin Condren Life Planner
I love a planner dahsboard where I can stick various sticky notes for use on the go, unfotunately the Erin Condren Life Planner does not come with one. You have the use the inside of your covers but if you are like me and constantly changing your covers it can be time consuming moving the sticky notes all the time.
I created a dashboard almost the same way you would create a cover (see this post).
I purposely chose the size to be smaller.
Things you would need:
1. Some pretty paper.
2. Laminator and laminating sheets (you can get this done at a local office supplies store).
3. A paper trimmer or cutter
4. 1/8 single punch.
5. Scissors.
6. Marker
Cut paper to the size you need and laminate. Now cut the laminated sheet leaving space on the left side for the holes to be punched., use the cover of the planner as a guide.
Mark the holes and punch them out, cut slits.
Attach to the inside of the planner as you would the planner cover.
Stick your sticky notes on one side and use the other side for making lists with a sharpie (wipe it clean with cleaning wipes or rubbing alcohol).
And don't throw away the scraps of the laminating sheet you just cut, use it to make coil clips, exactly the same way just added double sided tape to the end with no holes and you can attach a project life card or anything else you wish to.
